Can I just get water heater calls and skip drains? +
Yes. You opt into specific services during signup (5 minutes). Don't want drain calls? Don't check that box. Want only emergencies between 8pm and 6am? Set those hours. The campaign matches your business, not the other way around.
What counts as a qualified call? +
A real person calling about your services, in your service area, during your business hours, who stays on the line long enough to discuss the job (typically 60+ seconds). Spam, wrong numbers, telemarketers, robocalls, hangups, and out-of-area calls don't count and never touch your balance.
Can I really cancel anytime? +
Yes. There's no contract, no minimum term, no early termination fee. Pause your campaign mid-day if you want. Whatever's left of your deposit goes back to your card on request.
