Get That Phone Ringing (operated by Gump Global LLC, "we", "us", "our") provides pay-per-call lead-generation services to home-service contractors. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

From contractors who sign up: business name, contact name, phone number, email, industry, service area, and any notes provided during sign-up. Submitted via our intake form at /get-started.

From callers to tracked phone numbers: calls placed to contractor tracking numbers may be recorded for quality, billing, and dispute purposes. Caller phone number, call duration, and call outcome are stored for billing reconciliation. We do not collect personally identifying information beyond what callers themselves disclose during the call.

From visitors to this website: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps), aggregated analytics (page views, form events). We use Cloudflare for hosting and basic analytics.

How we use information

• Operate and improve the service (including building campaigns, routing calls, and reconciling billing).
• Communicate with contractors about their campaigns (status updates, billing, support).
• Resolve call-quality disputes and process refunds.
• Comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share information only with vendors that operate parts of our service: payment processors (e.g., Stripe), call-tracking providers (e.g., Ringba), advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads). Each is bound by their own data-processing terms. We do not sell contractor or caller data to third parties.

Call recording

Calls placed to tracking numbers may be recorded. Recordings are used for quality assurance, contractor training, and dispute resolution. Callers are notified of recording where required by law. Recordings are retained for the period required for billing reconciliation and dispute windows, then deleted.

Cookies and tracking

We use minimal first-party cookies for session management and conversion tracking. We use no cross-site advertising trackers on this site.

Your choices

• You can request a copy or deletion of your information by emailing us.
• Contractors can pause or close their campaigns at any time, which stops further data collection from new calls.
• California residents have additional rights under CCPA — to know, delete, or opt out of "selling" personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children

This service is intended for use by businesses (contractors). We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated to active contractors via email.
