Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Gump Global LLC, doing business as Get That Phone Ringing ("we", "us"). By signing up for or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Service description

We provide pay-per-call lead-generation campaigns for home-service contractors. Each contractor receives a dedicated tracking phone number, a landing page, and a paid-advertising campaign in their selected service area. Calls placed to the tracking number ring directly to the contractor's business phone. Contractors are billed per qualified call.

Refundable deposit

Contractors fund their campaign with a deposit. The deposit is refundable: any unused balance can be refunded back to the contractor's payment method on request, less any pending qualified-call charges. There is no minimum term. Contractors may pause or cancel at any time.

What counts as a qualified call

A "qualified call" is a real customer phone call about services the contractor has opted into, in their service area, during their advertised business hours, that lasts long enough to discuss the work (typically 60+ seconds). Spam, robocalls, telemarketers, hangups, repeated calls from the same number, and calls about services the contractor has not opted into do not count and are not billed.

Disputes over call qualification can be raised within 7 days of the call. Recordings are reviewed and refunds issued where appropriate.

Pricing

Per-call price is set per contractor based on their industry, service area, and selected services. Pricing is communicated before deposit and is locked for the duration of the campaign unless changed by mutual agreement.

Acceptable use

Contractors agree not to use our service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive practices. Contractors are responsible for accurately representing the services they provide and for fulfilling work to a professional standard.

No guarantee of call volume

We use industry-standard advertising platforms (Google Ads, etc.) to generate calls. Call volume depends on market demand, seasonality, competition, and many other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a specific number of calls per day, week, or month.

Service availability

We aim for continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen events may cause temporary service interruption. We do not offer SLA credits but will work to minimize disruptions.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount of the contractor's then-current deposit balance. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

Contractors may end their campaign at any time. We may end a campaign for breach of these Terms (e.g., misrepresentation, abusive behavior), in which case any remaining deposit balance is refunded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Gump Global LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Active contractors will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the service after notice constitutes acceptance.
